The course will be given by the professional Marco Antônio Cruvinel de Lemos Couto, dairy technician from the Instituto de Laticínios Cândido Tostes (ILCT), 1992, passionate about the area, with an extensive curriculum and a baggage full of experiences, having participated in major fairs and lectured in many of them.
