The exchange and return policy aims to guarantee the seriousness and commitment of all, enabling all interested parties to participate and for that we are aware of the prior notice so that all who wish to participate can schedule themselves for the on-site training.

In case of withdrawal

The main objective of the Cheese Course is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers in all training offered.

The Cheese Course works in the form of after payment the vacancy is reserved, without the possibility of reuse or offer to a new person, thus making the vacancy of a person once paid, this vacancy will not be replaced immediately, after all the great most interested parties live in distant places, thus requiring a prior schedule for coming. To this end, we list below our refund policy in case of withdrawals:

1. Up to 7 consecutive days after purchase: Full refund of the amount;

2. Up to 25 days before the course: 70% refund;

3. Up to 15 days before the course: 50% refund;

4. Up to 10 days before the course: 20% refund;

5. From 9 days before the course: There will be no refund of the amount.

 

In case of stand-by

If the client chooses not to be reimbursed, the amount can be left on stand-by, guaranteeing a place in a future course, but the client must notify us according to the following rules:

1. Up to 7 calendar days after acquisition: Full use of the amount;

2. Up to 25 days before the course: Use of 80% of the value;

3. Up to 15 days before the course: Use of 70% of the value;

4. Up to 10 days before the course: Use of 50% of the value;

5. From 9 days before the course: There will be no use of the value and no refund of the amount paid.
